During the first half of my PhD, I investigated a neuroimmune signaling pathway linked to neurodevelopmental disorders such as Autism Spectrum Disorder and Schizophrenia.

After my son’s PURA Syndrome diagnosis, I had the opportunity to join a research lab that characterizes rare disease models and develops gene therapies for them.
